Message	you'll have a tought time selling that. many people will turn and walk as soon as they hear that the motor has been rebuilt, especially when they find that the odometer has been changed out. with 150k, rebuilt motor, replaced odometer, needed maintenance, and assuming in good condition, i'd give you ~4k. good luck.
